1. Reservations and Payments

A 25% deposit of the total booking price is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival.

Before confirming your booking, we will communicate the total price, the services included, and the applicable booking conditions.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

​

•  More than 12 days before arrival: the deposit is refundable.

•  Between 6 and 12 days before arrival: the deposit may be transferred to a future booking within 12 months.

•  Less than 6 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable.

• All cancellations must be communicated directly to The Glide House.

3. Changes to Reservations

If you need to change your booking dates, please contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Weather and Activities

​

Surfing and kitesurfing depend on wind, waves, tides, and weather conditions.

For safety reasons, we may adjust or reschedule activities when conditions are unsuitable. We will communicate any changes and discuss reasonable alternatives where possible.

Any refund or rescheduling will be handled according to the services booked, the applicable booking conditions, and mandatory legal requirements.
